Shipping Policy

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 2-8 business days for standard shipping (free for all products shipped within US. Priority mail is 1-3 business days ($15.00), Priority Mail Express (25.00) interval is 1-2 business days.

Canada: 10-12 business days for standard shipping. Rates are based upon shipping provider. Rates based on location, weight, and type/shape of package.

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. Due to COVID-19 delays, some suppliers are experiencing longer fulfillment times. We will keep in touch and provide shipping updates to you as they are received from the supplier.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 Impacts, these intervals may be extended.

International shipping:

Shipments to Canada may incur customs fees. The fee is based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If you did not receive your order, let us know.

Check your shipping confirmation and ensure the address is correct. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, contact us at karen@fullyfeline.com and include your order number. We'll check with the shipping provider, verify status and let you know when the package is scheduled to arrive.

In cases where the shipping provider cannot locate the package, we will send a replacement to you at no charge. 

Returns policies

If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the item in its original condition to us within 10 days, we will cover shipping charges for the return.. We offer a money back guarantee if you are not pleased with the item you purchased from us.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, please email us describing the damage, including a photo within 10 days. We'll be happy to send you a replacement at no charge to you.

Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart.

It's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
